Fast on the phone
it's shopped on.

Speed measured where your customers are, on a mid-range phone over mobile data. On the pages that carry revenue, not a homepage score that flatters everyone.

Measuring honestly

The homepage score matters least

Most speed reports are run on a homepage, on a desktop, over office wifi. Your revenue is decided on a product page, on a four-year-old phone, on mobile data.

We measure where the money is, then work the three places the weight comes from: imagery, theme JavaScript and installed apps. Each app gets weighed against what it costs to load and what it actually earns. Most stores have never had that conversation.

A store that scores 98 on its homepage and 34 on its product page has a 34.

Where the weight is

What speed work covers

Four places the seconds hide, in the order they usually matter.

Imagery under control

Product photography sized, compressed and served per breakpoint. On most stores it's the biggest single saving.

Theme JavaScript audited

What runs, when it runs, and what can wait until the page is usable.

Apps weighed honestly

Each one measured for what it costs to load and what it returns, with a recommendation either way.

Measured where it counts

Core Web Vitals on your product and checkout pages, on real hardware, before and after.

Getting faster

How a store gets faster

Benchmark the real pages

Product, collection and checkout measured on real devices, so there's a number to hold us to.

Cut the heaviest thing first

Work ordered by what it saves, not by what's easy. Usually that means imagery.

Hold the budget

A weight budget agreed and monitored, so the store doesn't drift back over six months of installs.

Apps, seconds, rebuilds

Frequently asked questions

Whether apps have to go, what a second is worth, and whether it needs a rebuild.

Not necessarily. Some earn their weight comfortably. We measure each one and give you the cost and the return, and the decision stays yours.
On your store, we can estimate it from your own conversion data rather than from a study about somebody else's. That is a more useful number and usually a more persuasive one.
Usually yes. Imagery, script loading and app audits are all workable inside an existing theme, and it is the cheapest place to start.
